It’s time for your edition of Soundwave! I really can’t explain how much I love finding a blog that allows me to listen to music.
I have a couple I liked on this one. I listened to Thicket, and it reminds me of DMB. I will be buying some of this song. As a lot of you know, I am not a big American Idol person. So I have no idea who people are with it. So while I have heard of Philip Phlip I have not heard them. Nice surprise. Thicket will be a buy.
High Time is another one I will be buying. I love music like this. My husband hates it. LOL
The others were not bad, but they just didn’t call to me. go and see how you like them!
Yes, you heard it, You’re is done. It’s a short chapter, but it gives some hints on the next book in the series. I got to use this gif with permission, and have been entered into the author protection program. Click on it to go to the story… For those of you who write stories, you will know when I say it is a happy thing to be able to say completed, and yet, very sad time also. You pour your heart and soul into these stories, and the characters become part of you. You get paid nothing to write these, and yet, you feel like you received a million bucks when people like, favorite, review and so forth. It’s a bittersweet moment. My reconciliation? I am not done with these characters yet.

This story was from a challenge to write for a month and finish. As you can guess, it didn’t happen. No that story in a month is All I Want. But this one has finished, and there abounds hints to the sequel all over it, but it is more obvious in this last one than anywhere else.

I got a bee in my muse bonnet, and have been working on I Never Did. I am about to start Chapter 10 today and will be working on it until Saturday when I get back to the to do list. I am planning to edit these chapters I am doing, so that while I try to finish the other stories, you guy will have something to read. It won’t be finished, but there are huge hints to the story in the character list.
As for the sleeping thing, well I am trying. I have bad days, and I have good days. Yesterday I started back to the gym, needing to get in shape to keep up with Bertie Bott when we meet each other for the Vampire Diaries conference in Las Vegas. 3 Months to go!!!

The writing challenge this month is another Kill Bill. I went through and released the banner for the participants. You know you really want to Kill Bill. The Rules are in the Facebook group. The how to enter, and so on. I also opened up the Banner contest for this month. I am hoping the turnout will be awesome! 1st place will be used for the Banner of the Group, and the 2nd place will be used for the Facebook page. I am going to add a page for you guys to see the entries. They were awesome last month! Bertie Bott was our winner for the banner below, and I came in second place with the banner on Niall.
So come join us for teasers and so on. Facebook is the place to be, since we always talk on there. They also get teasers and so forth on what is going on. It is the place I find my talents, talk to the ladies in the group and so forth. And for the pictures. They are of men, of stars, and the favorites of the ladies. We have Tom Hiddleston, Alexander Skarsgard, Ian Somerhalder, Andrew Lee Potts, Jensen Ackles, Chris Hemsworth, Josh Kloss, and so many more. There are ALBUMS of the stars. and lots of Eye Candy….

I know.. you guys are all excited for another Sunday Post. Please note I am doing this very early (for me. I have a new sleeping rhythm).
What is going on in my world? My muse for I Never…Did is being a very big loudmouth. I had plans. I was going to get the next chapter of Best out to Kelpie, then work on that interview, then work on the stories. I have a lot to accomplish. And what happens? You guys fed the muse. Your reviews took what I had and gave my muse a boost, and I am going in a new direction than I planned for I Never Did. Why? Well, I thought about it, and it makes more sense for me to go this way. It’s very interesting the twists and turns have taken it.
Why are you guys to blame? Remember I said long ago, that while I write for myself and my betas, you guys can affect what happens with reviews? Yeah. That. Already you have moved ITE up to being finished next writing period. And now I have I Never Did being written. I had other plans, but I read a really nice review. It motivated me. And you guys have already two chapters in the bank while I am going to be writing more. And on top of that, one of the pages I follow for TB information had sent out their Video of the Week, and they threw in another one. Love Don’t Die. And it fired that muse right up!
Just remember, I Never Did was supposed to be one of those fics I write when my other stuff is just not coming to me. It does NOT fall under the I-will-finish-it-before-moving-on group. It is one that as long as Meridian and I have time, we will publish. It just so happens I feel guilty about not being done with my writing list and You’re is ending this week. IT won’t happen often, but I never thought my muse would come up with ALL these stories!!
Moving on…
Now I will admit I have a list I am keeping of people to honor in these Sunday posts, and as my group exposes more of their talents, I am adding them to the list! Feel free to share your extra talents, because lets admit it, you guys are a group of very talented individuals and need to have your efforts applauded. This is why I have made these Sundays happen. And who is the person being honored this week?
She is one of my betas, and one of the first ones. Her story that she betas will be finished this writing jag, but my life is so much richer since meeting this awesome woman. She is one of the ladies who made my rant on Awards come true. She also is a freaking awesome author too. On top of this, she betas for other ladies while keeping this hectic schedule, and she is the leader of a Girl Scout troop! I never could do all this. She is always willing to help others. She unselfishly jumps in and helps whenever someone asks. I have no idea how she does it, and she works!
She also puts up with me, which ain’t easy. From what I hear, I am unusual as a writer. I write out what I guess is a rough draft. Then I go back and edit it. (Those Final counts, yeah that is the second time through.) then I hand it off to the Betas. They have my full permission to work on the stuff I am doing, and they can edit it and do what is needed to make it as clean as they can make it. In fact I have a game I play. I tell them they can publish once a week, and publishing weeks start on Wednesdays. They come back and tell me (And the Facebook group) when they do this, so if I am sleeping (and this happens a lot since my betas come from all over the world), I can write up the posts. Or they can, if I am sick. The game? I go through and try to find the changes. Not hard. Especially after I gave a hint one time I can catch them by formatting…
Ok, you are asking what this matters, right? The thing is, I don’t care what they change, as long as it is still my work. We no longer toss the new betas into the deep end and hope they swim. Now they get mentors and we are quite organized. I have Meridian who is in charge of the betas, and Bertie Bott has stepped up to help her out. 4Padfoot handles my webpage for me. missrissa81 is my Continuity Beta. Since she somehow keeps all my stories in order in her head and can help any of us with plot points. Gyllene is 4Padfoot ‘s minion. LOL! Though she is more than welcome to do anything, she seems to be able to help me a lot on Photoshop. And she is the reason we have a freaking awesome new Song Lists Banner that the two of us worked on. I did the putting together of logos from bands on my iTunes. They are not even close to being all of them. Then I was stuck. She came through and did the Music thing over it all and made it look awesome.
Mags is one of the people who made all this possible. She stepped up when I was floundering, took over her story and soon asked me awesome questions to make the story even better. While she was awesome and I counted myself so lucky to have her, it was not until the You Want Blood Awards came about that I really got to know her. And can she make me laugh. Ok this week the videos! This week is hard since I am having some sort of error with YouTube. I can’t watch half of the videos this week. Grrrrr So… Funny Videos this time.
First off, I am a huge David Tennant fan. And I love Top Gear. So this cracks me up, specially after my hubby showed me the actual show with this one on it. I thought you guys may want a laugh.
