Yep you heard me, there is a new chapter of In The End, and it’s a doozy!! Thanks so much to my faithful and freaking awesome Beta. There would be no ITE without her help now, or even luring me back to writing!
For those that haven’t been paying attention of just haven’t had the time, one of my stories is nominated for an award. Crossover fiction Every Dark Night is up for voting. Please vote! I am working on my original story while I search for David’s voice. Remember, I am not posting normally, and if the betas get something, they will let me know when I can announce it. But there is no schedule for me and them. I have been writing, dealing with a sick hubby and all the fun that goes on in my house.
Once I finish Tea Shoppe, I will write more on the other fics then send them off to be beta’d. Since I am STILL working 7 days a week, well, I’m giving out. I need some rest!
Brotherhood is published as I write it, no editing, no nothing. The prereaders leave me reviews about what need to be added and what they are thinking so we can see if it will need more work on certain subjects or not.
For now, enjoy the chapter, it solves a story arc and is allowing me to move forward in the story.
This one was written under the influence on Ambien. I got woke up by a thunderstorm and my pets trying to crawl into safe places around me. Morgan was on my head of all places.
I don’t remember much more than that, but I got up today to see a document open on my computer for Brotherhood.
So enjoy, we start the time skips, and yes, I am pulling from my own life as I remember the Steel Plants shutting down. I’m also giving it a more grownup look also.

I want to get the whole thing out, then will go back to edit them and the other stories to start the publishing thing.
Yep, another one. What can I say. For those of you following me in the chat, you learned that I woke up with the whole story in my head and how it all ties into each other.
So, enjoy the chapter, and remember to review!! It’s the only way to stay a pre-reader. This is raw, not edited nada. Writing and posting as I go. So those pre-reads will be the ones telling me yep love it, or uh oh I have no idea where you are going with this and you need to back it up now! Also, when I go back to the chapters to edit, I will reread the reviews for any changes that are noted in grammar and stuff.
I am hoping to watch Alice and Primeval soon to get back the Hatter/David vibe. I started a chapter, but it just wasn’t flowing from David as well.

Many thanks to thewriteashley for her help!!! Through thick and thin, through problems no one could have predicted, she came through!!! I just now have to write for her when I get done with Tea Shoppe. LOL I gotta stop making bargains!
An update where I am on my vacation. I have added the one shot into it’s place in Tea Shoppe and I just finished Chapter 21. I have 10 more chapters (Since the last chapter had been beta’d when I did it) to edit. Then I will end the story! Not in one chapter. I have much more to write, and I will be strictly writing on this one. Once done, I will take a break from it and catch up more chapters on the other stories and send them off to Beta’s. For them to do as they wish, but no more than once a week. Then I will working on What If, getting that one done. Then back to Writing, then to editing and be set up for my weekly updates again.
It may take awhile, and as you can tell, I am not planning to go the entire time without no updates, if this isn’t a clue that I can be bargained into chapters. You just have to find authors I am waiting for updates and talk them into bargaining with me.
Hopefully I will see you guys soon. Flu had made me miss a couple of days (okay a lot of days) and somehow, one of my Betas and I get sick with each other. I am not sure how that is fair since there is one of me and many of them. But it happens. And this is why they wanted me to take a vacation from the high pressure I was putting myself on to get you guys chapters.
Yep. I bargained on the Facebook group last night for a story I love from another author, so there is an update!
I am still on vacation from worrying about posting, and in fact am normally working on Tea Shoppe since I am determined to finish this story that has been out there for a long time. I am looking forward to posting it here and having you being able to read it. After that, I may write more on the other stories, but I will be concentrating on What If. I wish to complete this one also. After that I will write and see what comes to me.
I was supposed to start all of this earlier, when I announced when I would be going on Posting Vacation, except what the Betas approve of what I gave them. But… as all good plans go, this one hit a snag. Called the freaking flu. Who the hell gave me the flu and specially in the summer?????
The deal was for one chapter of ED, one of When, which I will be working on soon, and one of ITE, which is with the Beta. Its a huge chapter, and she has been taking it in sections. So you will be getting these chapters, soon I hope!
The lesson of the day, going to the Apple store is never an hour trip, it turned into an 8 hour ordeal by the time I got home. And Apple was responsible directly for 3 hours of it. And that I can be bribed into working chapters. You just have to have the right kind of bribe….
Since this is the day so many of us are drinking and setting off Fireworks, I wanted to put up the warning sign!

I never realized that while I was out sick (Technically I still am.) That this chapter never got announced.
Guess what? It’s the last of the prepublished chapters!! Everything after this will be new!
Now to the bad news:
Just want to let you guys know ahead of time. I have been sickly lately, and my betas have been pushing for me to take a vacation from publishing. I push myself really hard, and lately I am running out of chapters and not enough time to work on new ones.
Brotherhood is the precursor for one of my stories I will be turning into a Original Fiction. What most of you don’t realize is that I have no job. My deal with my hubby is to have something by the end of the year ready to send to be published. The story I will be turning that way is not even close to being finished. Brotherhood is my answer to it. I HAVE to do this or the stories will be stopped because of looking for a new job and the stress of learning a new job. I much rather work on writing.
My goal for this vacation? To just … write. I have some chapters out for Betas to work on, but I am not going to push for it. If they publish, then I will do my side of the work. I want to finish some stories, like Tea Shoppe (Which their fans have been waiting years for) which will complete Twilighted version of that story, and What If. I want to also finish up the current books for ED and You’re along with Revelations. This will leave me able to concentrate on the stories that I know will be big. Tin Man, Once, ITE, Blood are all on the list to have many chapters be ahead. Along with the sequels to Revelations, ED and You’re.
So I will be publishing, for those that have chapters to the Betas and they indicate are ready for you guys. But I will be focusing on finishing some stories. The ones I named are the closest to finishing.
Please be patient and you will be rewarded with many, many, weeks of constant updates!!
