Midnight Refreshment Chapter 1, a twilight fanfic | FanFiction.
I read this awhile back. And it remains one of my favorite M rated fics to read. So I decided that I would try this Press This function on my toolbar and hopefully give you guys a treat.

Yep, brand new only seen by Beta’s at this point, now published NEW chapter!
Miridian was nice and added pics for me when she edited. I put the road pic in, and she did all the others. Which saved me from ranting at the computer any more.
I am editing today and cleaning the house. Yeah me. So excited.. woo hoo. (Karen, note the sarcasm?!?!?!) I will be off and on. I have a meeting sometime with the beta of In The End to talk about this next little tiny but major arc. After that I will edit the chapter and send it off to her.
Then I will be writing. Writing!!! Oh yeah, I forgot to tell people, I am having a minor surgery on Tuesday. Not too sure what is going to happen afterwards, it’s in a spot that can cause great discomfort. Which is why I am getting the surgery now. LOL. No biggie, but if chapters are late, you will know why.

Just so everyone is aware, when I posted You’re All I Am Asking For, pics were added, but no editing was done. I wrote, added pics and posted. Now, Stialia 25 and I are going by chapter by chapter, adding and she is editing them.
She also gives me hints of what she thinks I should add, and I try. So if you read it here, when I pop these updates up, you may want to glance back through.
Now off to post it to FanFiction, then I am working on an In The End chapter for my beta and I to discuss where the story is going. Once I get that done I will go back to getting chapters ready.

My awesome as always Beta, Faeregina, has worked her magic on this! I was excited to read it and I’m the writer! Sad huh? But I am always looking forward to what she does with my work. She understand this story so much it aint funny. Which she should since it was started because of her and the hours we spent talking.
And by some weird twist of fate, I managed to get excited, run through the house on socked feet (Hardwood floors. Really Hard wood floors…) trying to get to the TV and record Sherlock, and not break anything. Remember folks, I broke my leg in two places, sprained my other foot, and tore all the tendons in the foot on the same leg that was broken by falling two freaking steps. I broke my big toe (And the nail) the day before my gall bladder surgery kicking Marty (which meant no aspirin no nothing for the pain.). Me falling and breaking things would not surprise anyone.
This trip was caused by who? By my very own Faeregina who hooked me on Sherlock (And Once Upon a Time). She told me we could talk after Sherlock and I ran out of the room to record it. I didn’t get her message saying oops, I meant Elementary, until I came back from a frantic search.
Did I learn a lesson? Heck no!!! And now I am off to put this chappie on FanFiction. I just wanted to give you a laugh.. that’s all.

This is the newest chapter for Best Is Yet to Come. After this will be all brand new chapters. As I do now, Click the pic for the chapter.
This story is going to be different than normal. See all I do is write the chapter, then MissRon80 adds the change from cardboard characters to fleshed out beings. Since I am normally the one who does this (and I can spend a LONG time doing this!!) This will make this story easier to write.
However, to keep current with what is going on, I will need to read her chapter, then write mine, let her know, she will do her magic, then post. I go back in and add the links and these posts and then add to FanFiction. And repeat as needed.
Normally, I try to write ahead, but with me wanting to write with her in mind, I think this will be the easiest.
Please leave a review. It inspires the two of us. We love this story, but I will admit, sitting in bed yesterday dealing with insurance companies over the damages Mother Nature gave us the night before in a scary hail storm with a touchdown of a minor tornado behind the house (we got it confirmed yesterday with out neighbors and seeing the remains of the trees and stuff), getting reviews made me happier, and REALLY wanting to get back to writing. Instead I ended up with a migraine last night, and a rant to my husband this morning complaining about the weather (it was 80 something yesterday and 64 was the high today) and the heater being on, me not able to write due to the medicine I have to take to make another allergy attack from the whatever kicks out when the heater kicks on. It was bad. I sent it to MissRon80 later when we were discussing the chapter, and she was laughing because my husband carefully texted me that he loves me… a lot… and will be stopping on the way home to get me ice cream.
The reviews I got today inspired me to get up, as well as MissRon80’s chapter made me go HELL YES!! But, I had to wait until my hubby is home so if I fall asleep at the computer, he can wake me. The meds are that strong… The need to write and edit is stronger. 🙂

So, today, missron80 pings me in Facebook Messenger to tell me she is done with the newest edited chapter of The Best is Yet To Come. (Click on picture to go to chapter).
I go out and I am blown away. She didn’t Beta, she worked diligently and made what I wrote go with canon, adding details she had messaged me about and asked all week long. As she tells me, I made the dress, but she added all those tassels, beads and such. To me, that was freaking amazing. Those Tassels, beads and such added to the story making it so much better. I asked if she wanted to continue this way and she said sure.
My response? Is to make her my collaborator on the story. If you are going to pour that much excellent work into my poor little story, by God, you are going to be recognized. I gave her permission to publish it as co-author as long as she names me.
I swear she has stressed about this story more than I have, and it has ignited my love for it again. And she is chomping to get to the new chapter.
Yes this is a redo of the chapter, but there are OVER 1,500 words added and content changed all to the better. Read… She is awesome!
And this is not to say my other Beta’s are not the same. They all are, and they help out, but they help make the grammatical errors and that the story stays in place where it needs to be. They encourage me and help me with any details I need or wonder about. They are the first to jump in conversations either over the group, in person or in our private message forum.
What missron80 has done is actually work with my idea and redid whole portions of it, telling me constantly that she won’t be offended if I took it out. Instead I applauded her efforts, and this is the only way I can express my thrilled expression. This story is complex already and I have a lot on my plate. This makes it where it will be a story I can type out my ideas, and she can reign me in and make it all work without me having to do that.
Don’t get me wrong, I love the details (4 hours to research something that led to nothing today is my proof that I offer) but to have a story where someone else is helping me remember? I can do that. I never understood how collaborations could work… But I can do this…

Chapter 3 of ED has been edited.
So you know what this means right? Yep, you are going to go back and read that chapter since Meridian and I have been working hard to get these chapters to prepare you better for the future.
And after this, will be new chapters for the story!!! Yep, brand new, with new pretty pics and words for you to read.
Also a fuckawesome Eric will come eventually and damn. I am liking him. No worries, Eric is still meant for Sookie, but he and Bella will be close.
I am also working on a new chapter for it since I got in the Zone or my muse decided to come back from vacation. Who knows, and at this point, I don’t really care since I am thrilled to be able to write!!!

So enjoy, and remember, that even if you read it before, you might want to reread it again. I have found through Mknue that a word can change the whole sentence.

I know you guys are wondering this. Or I am just thinking you are, either way, I am here to answer this very question!!!!
Remember when I told you RL and especially family has precedence over a lot? Well this came into play this week. Me? Nope. I just had a Dr’s appointment that had a weird outcome, but I’m fine.
No the issue was simply, I couldn’t edit nor write if my life depended on it. Proof? Let’s see…I pulled up ED and tried to work on it and realized when I added not ONE word, I was sucking at my job. I decided to relax and spend some time with Conner and Marty. Lo and behold, yesterday I asked who was ready for a chapter, and the Beta for You’re All raised her hand.
I did it, and added quite a few words. I did the saving and updating, and am waiting for her ok to let the world know it is ready as well as publish it on FanFiction.
Today I worked on ED again and ended up adding 1,100 words. See?? Big difference!!! I also just spent the rest of this evening rereading the chapters and am getting ready to work on a new one.
For editing, In The End is still at the Beta’s, but she has been busy in RL. Like I said, not pressuring anyone to think I am more important than their lives, they are helping me! Tea Shoppe is still awaiting Beta’s hands. The Once Upon a Time is being worked on as we speak. Seems I was REALLY out of it when I sent it to her and somehow had it in note form, not as a story. How the hell did I miss that???? But while she is working on it, she has asked that I send her more while she is familiar with what is going on.
ED and You’re All are waiting for their nods to update and What If is still out there for me to edit. Revelation’s Beta sent me two chapters to edit and I need to get to them.
I am trying to keep on schedule, but it is cutting into writing, so I am trying to get used to this. I will be playing around with the schedule to get chapters written and edited to you guys. You just have to realize in some of the stories I am 10 chapters ahead of you guys, and some I am barely a chapter ahead. Just how they fell and if it came easy at the time. Now, if it comes easy, I am going to at least write a chapter or two while I am in the ‘zone’.
So, now you know what is going on and all your curiosity is cured right?? Well in case in isn’t there is a photo album in Kittyinaz’s group in Facebook that right now is full of teasers for future chapters of In The End. There is a new banner for April courtesy of Ellie Wolf. She did an awesome job!!!! I update on there regularly, and you can track my progress through the group. I am also haunting around it and use it to post eye candy of the Alex variety or have others who post their inspirations to me. If any would like to send pics, they will be appreciated and credited!!
