This is the last of the chapters that were on FanFiction and not here. I have Alice and Hatter to pretty up by putting the next previous links as well as the chapter links. Then I have some prepping for my Beta’s do, since one is working on In The End, the other is catching up with my current work.
What does this mean? This means, I can write more in the other areas, finish up some stories, and get some of those possible stories moving as real stories.
Me? I’m freaking excited!!! I can write, and not stress on what is here and not on FanFiction, on what I need to catch up and all those little worries. I can write how and when I want, and know you guys, as my fans, can have new stories to read from me. While your favorite is being updated. Maybe you will find some more favorites?
Just a reminder, You’re All I am Asking For is a free writing story. I will finish it, and when I do, I will pull it from the site until it gets edited and put up on all the sites. The dream, or The Best is Yet to Come, will also be pulled when I decide I got it all under control and get writing on that one. I am finding tons of Colin pics to go with that one. LOL!
The poll is over, and I will have another after I prep the chapters for the Beta’s and have Hatter and Alice ready. Dang it feels great to be feeling as though this site is all cleaned up and ready to go for new stuff!!!
I did warn you these were coming fast. Like I said earlier, after I get this updated, then my Betas and I will be working together to get chapters out. I am very impressed with them, and I think it will be a joy to work with my Betas and can go back to worrying about writing. Which is important to me and I think you guys!
Here is the deal. I have mentioned it before, but again, I am human. Not an English major, just having a gift for a vivid imagination that I hope to give you guys an idea of with my writing. I am open for criticism, but I also hope that people can say something positive.
I used to be Vice President (of Education) and acting President of a Toastmaster’s club that I was the founding member of. One of the most crucial things I learned (besides not saying um) is that for every negative thing you say, you need to say two positives. Why? Because the person will only focus on the negative and will get bogged down in it, forgetting the positive. Two good reviews reinforce the fact that you have positive things about you or your speech (or story in this case) and you can take the negative as it is normally offered, as a way to help improve you.
Seems silly doesn’t it? But very true. I have learned to look at criticism differently from that period of time, but I do find myself obsessing with my mistakes. I am OCD and have a bad habit of obsessing over details and mistakes (as well as orginazation, I actually get upset if things are not organized, ask my husband, he gets his side of the closet rearranged ALOT). I blow them up in my head and usually it is with the help of my husband and other great friends that I get rid of them. Writing has helped because it makes me aware that people actually like my writing.
So when you get someone who begs for reviews, take a step back and ask yourself, maybe they want something positive to think on.
Also, reviews are the only way we writers often know we are doing well. I haven’t looked at my stats in FanFiction in ages. So I really have no idea how popular my stories are. In fact, the other day I was on the manage stories and saw that In The End had over 200 reviews! This may seem like little to you, but it tells me that people enjoy my writing enough to care that I may have spent weeks on a chapter to leave me something for my time. I don’t get paid for writing, I am doing it for the fun of it. And to get some learning in while I get my courage up for trying to publish something.
Yep, there is another Tea Shoppe Chapter. I was bad, and my Beta reminded me she had posted it last night. I spent the day with Connor and relaxed, yesterday stressed me out. What can I say? Family. They know how to push every button you have.
So even though it is late at night, I will be working on some stuff. Sorry! But I need to get the next chapters of What If ready, Tea Shoppe too. Then I hope I can finish posting and get to the fun stuff. Writing!!
Chapter 1 of the fic for Tin Man is now up, with pretty links and everything. LOL!! This one will NOT take as long as I only have 2 more chapters until it is caught up to FanFiction. Chapter One
After this is up, I think all I have left to do is pretty up Alice and Hatter. Then I will be caught up with my FanFiction account except for those fics my Betas and I are working on. And yes I said Beta’s. I have one working on a fic, and waiting for the other to answer back. The one is catching up to What If. So it will be beta’d. I still have some more fics. I have some hidden and moving around. I need to finish that Vampire Diaries and Twilight one. Once that is finished, I will be taking it back down for editing. So read as you can, I won’t be taking it down until I finish it.
Yes things are moving, and before anyone asks, In The End is continuing. its kinda big, and very intricate, especially if you are my Beta and trying to keep everything in place. And now she is having computer problems. IT might not be so bad, but WordPress’s App for the iPad is NOT editor friendly. LOL!

Yes, my Tin Man story. I am excited to be able to bring this to you. I have written quite a few chapters, and have been in love with it.
Here is the summary from FanFiction: Starting at the end of the movie. What if the OZ was not done with DG? What if DG couldn’t take it and was done with the OZ, leaving it for Kansas? Could 2 men convince her to come back, if nothing else, but for them, for love?
This story has twists and turns like you would not believe. It is slow going, but you will understand as you read it, and since it is pretty far written, I will be updating more regularly on it. This one, like In The End, needs me to keep ahead of it.
If you liked Wizard of Oz, the movie and the books, if you liked Tin Man, take a chance. I had more fun with this one than most stories….
So here it is, the last chapter of What If. For now. I have two banked chapters but now that this is caught up with FanFiction, I am off to update the next story. Chapter Eight
Never fear for those that are in love with this!! I am working on getting everything caught up, and have some fabulous people who are volunteering for being a Beta for stories. Because, let’s face it, I am human. I have no English degree, only the ability to have fooled all my English teachers with tips from one of my greatest teachers. But if you look for my mistakes, they are there. I promise!!
So that is why I use Beta’s to try to catch the mistakes. If you want to know how bad I used to be, check out Revelations. It starts out when I was still new, and you can watch my improvement. I was bad. Thanks to the ones who helped make me better!
The next group of stories is one I miss writing in. I will introduce you to it when I publish the first chapter.

As soon as I get it caught up, I will see where I am at in FanFiction, and may publish a new chapter for both. Then off to the next story to be updated here.
Yep, I finally got it to work. And after spending most of the day reading through this puppy, only to have my internet to give out on me when I was posting pics, well frustrated is one way to put it.
But, I walked away, ate dinner, and wola! Everything is now working. I will work on the next one!

This is a one Shot that I did for Ellie, and it is dedicated to her. I was told there was a ban on it until sometime in January, and asked if I could publish. It’s after January, and to start my cleaning up of pendings, here is the first one.

What does this mean for In the End? Nothing. I have needed something to work on when characters make me mad. And I made a resolution to try to finish some of these fics. My large ones are Revelations, Tin Man, In the End, What if. The rest will fall where they will.
