So. Today I am working on the database (And grumbling since I had to manually correct 130 entries for authors on what fandom they are in) and Miss Meridian, her royal highness, popped up on my Facebook. Seems she had a few questions.

I know.. I don’t usually post anything on this day, but I wanted to get this one shot out.
No, it is not the promised Christmas one. It is the one I promised with Eric and Sookie.
I wanted to give you some background on this. I was listening to this song, and this story poured out. I loved it, but another author who is one of my ladies, loved it even more. So we decided that I should publish. But, life got the better of me. When I finally did it, MistressJessica1028 worked on it, but she commented that it was odd. Found out later that it was because while I worked on it, she didn’t get that version.
So after all that, and yes she actually edited the same story twice, for this one and the Mummy one, I thought I didn’t have a banner. So I finished it and today when I got home, I made the banner on the story page. Seems someone coughFallingStars?!!?cough made me it.
Also, during this, I couldn’t imagine Anna Paquin as Sookie. This is the story that made Elisha Cuthbert my Sookie. From here she spread into the other stories as the Sookie I imagine.
Ok other things!!!
Per the ladies on Facebook, when I listened to a song by Trans-Siberian Orchestra, when they heard the song, they thought of Damon and Bella. So I wrote the one shot for the Christmas Carol Kittyinaz Writing Challenge this month. I have bits of Kol, Klaus, and some guest appearances. I wrote it last night, need to work it over, since the muse started one way, and turned and went a 180 from there. So I need to go through it and fix the changes to make it all work. But my entry to show you guys what I meant is ready…. Is yours?!?!?!
And no, it is against the rules for me to enter, the only way I can participate is by writing example ones…. So no fear there. (Not like I would win!!! There are awesome ones out there!! The story banner is already posted in the Vampire Diaries/Twilight as Carolized.
The Kill Bill contest, well I need to do the banner. No other entires were received, so once I can get with Rissa, I will make the banner with the winner badge on it. Congrats! I also am not running that one again, since I get the least amount of entries for it.
Just a reminder, the only stories you will get during this time is one shots, or if the betas release a chapter to you ladies. otherwise, we are all spending the time banking chapters not only for me, but for their own stories. The Holidays are rough enough without trying to keep schedules. I, for one, felt a lot of relief for not having to work everyday.
Murphy update! He has hair!!! Yes his hair is starting to grow in. He ahs a fuzz all over which is really soft. Looks like his main coat will be close to Connor’s color, a blondish red. I call it fawn color. He has a black muzzle. I have some pics I will show below. One was when I edited all the Mummy chapters, and he slept out in the living room. This past weekend my mom realized we have the Boondock Saints in the house. The brothers in the movie were Connor and Murphy, with Connor being the older twin. LOL. I did NOT name Connor for that. He is actually named on my side for Andrew Lee Pott’s character on Primeval, and on my hubs side, for a character in Assassin’s Creed. It fit him perfectly.
Clocks is being edited right now, and we have some reworking to do with the chapters. I realized that I jumped a lot all over the pace, and asked the beta to see if she agreed. She did, so we will be reworking those chapters.
We still have the Sun Holds the Moon, (LotR/Twilight), Our Road (Twilight/TVD), Game of Life (Twilight/TVD). Heavenly Light (HP/Twilight) and What If (Twilight) left to Edit. When I start really writing again, I am looking to edit at night what I wrote in the day to send to the betas. That way it will be faster to you guys. But hopefully all the above will hold you guys over until I get there. If it works, then there will not be edit times and writing times. I much rather write.
I did, start a new crossover. It’s a Charmed/Twilight with Cole/Bella. It came upon a midnight clear- I mean.. It just came upon me. No it has nothing to do with Christmas, except it may be a present to you guys if I can watch the episodes with him in it soon. He was my first crush on TV. I used to watch Charmed before going to work on TNT in AZ. Coffee, Breakfast, (that I actually cooked, like breakfast tacos and such!!!) and Cole on TV. What could be a better start?
So my time will be busy, and you might not have many of these. but after the new year? Hopefully we will be back in business! It might take a week or two, since my birthday is so close to the New Year. And Russian Christmas. And.. Well you get the point.
We are still asking for Betas. We are looking for those who are knowledgeable in the field, to help form our core better. We have an awesome bunch of ladies, but I seem to dump a lot on them at once. We are looking for those who are interested. There are plenty of fandoms, since I seem to be branching out. While we would love to see how you are before the new year, if you want to do it, but not start on helping until the New Year, that is fine. You will be mentoring under someone, who is used to my idiosyncrasy. Is that even a word?!?! Yeah, stuff like that. I know the word I want, but nobody else seems to… LOL!

Ok. It’s Wednesday!! Start of the publishing week, which means that all the old chapters are being loaded on those sites that don’t have an awesome person who loads things for us. You know who you are. You are just wonderful.
Meridian is the bomb for loading things for me. AND she betas! What the heck!! That lady is awesome!!! Really. I couldn’t do so much as I do without her or the other ladies that beta for me.

Now here is the bad news. I need to write more. This is the last of the stored chapters. It might not be right now, since I am In the middle of working on the Mummy Crossover. And it is taking more work than I thought it would.
The good news? I am working on things. First chapter of The Mummy Crossover will be up on Saturday.
I am spending ALOT of time on Murphy. Here are some pictures for you to see how bad this poor puppy is:
He is estimated to be 9m-1year old. He is VERY friendly and knows humans and homes. So yes, he was a pet until someone left him, and since he hates to be in a car, we think he was abandoned. But unfortunately, he has some issues as you can tell. the first thing they did at the vet was give him a pill to kill the fleas he had on him.
***WARNING This might break your heart!!***
He had so many fleas when we found him, he looked like his skin was moving. WE sprinkled some essential oil on him called Thieves, and he was bad, but not even close to that when we took him in on Sunday. But there was still an alarming amount for the Vet. They decided the first thing was the pill. It was harsh, and his poor tummy couldn’t take it, but he could have died from fleas.
Next he had the deworming medicine that we gave him Monday night. Poor thing. That is harsh on the system, and where he was still sick to his stomach. He needs to be on a allergy pill for his allergic reaction to the fleas, and one for the mange he has that is NOT contagious.
***Crying Part over***
Basically the poor puppy has had a rough time of it, but we are pausing for the medicine to get through his system, and his body getting used to the fact there is food for him.
He is such a sweet animal, that everyone who meets him, are amazed that he was left. He just loves on anyone that gives him attention.
So this is why I am not getting much done, since a normal puppy would be taken out every half to an hour. He would be normally a longer time, but his poor tummy can’t handle stuff so we are watching him when he is awake. Plus nights are not easy for me. I sleep lightly and he cries. So not much sleep, and I am floating the days until someone can be home to take care of the puppy and I sleep. Not much is getting done. But he is worth it all!
Today he is much more active. Now that all the things that were draining his blood are gone, we have more hope since he is being active. The picture of the night we brought him home from the vet, he took Connor’s chair. I’m happy to tell you, he has managed to steal Connor’s Kong twice, and his spot at my feet once. lol!
So forgive me for not getting things done as fast as normal, but I will write the next chapters as soon as I can. I really want the mummy series part one done, and then I can look at all those stories you guys want updated like Harry potter, What If, Clocks, What I have of Edge (2 chapters!) Sun, and everything else started. Before I work on them, I will work on IND.
And what does this mean? Well besides the old chapters being updated on the other sites…
And that this is the start of the new Posting Week for me. New Chapters start for me, for the other betas to know about. Why Wednesdays? Why not? Actually it has to do with me wanting the betas to have rested over the weekend, and if they couldn’t get to something over the weekends, they have additional days. I encourage them to pick a day, and we try to stick to that. Ok. I admit it is for me mostly. I like something to look forward in the week, and this is something I get to gleefully look forward to. Happy?!?!? Wait… I have more to say. So.. Keep on trucking… I mean reading!

Oh yeah. We are closer to Friday which is my posting day for the Anthem of the Angels Universe… Which… I am getting hints on some more authors talking to Rissa about stories. We are also looking for people who would like to help out with the Banners and well, anything you can think of. PM Charissa Horton and she will be able to coordinate everything. Banner makers are only the ones who are needed the most right now, but there are lots of jobs that someone can do. You know how to work WordPress and do links? Oh yeah. You will be needed! Linking is a heavy thing to be doing, since we are wanting to make sure it ties into everything. You want to learn WordPress to be able to help? Heck yeah!!! I can teach you what I want, and even set up with a site to play on.

Yep. That is right. Another chapter of IND. There is happy news here. And bad news. I always start with bad, so I can end on a happy note. Happy notes are good.
So:
Bad… One more chapter is written. I am on a roll, and wanting to finish more stuff before I turn my attention back to this story. But I will turn back to it and write more chapters here shortly.
Good. Lots of good. One is a source of pride for me. You see, I write these things down in a sort of trance like typing session, and when I went back over it, I thought…whoa. This is an awesome idea!!! But when I went looking for a pic or Gif of what I wrote, there were none. So I sat down with my trusty Photoshop, and saved a Gif close to what I wanted. With playing with the options for awhile, thinking I saw what I wanted sometime in the past, but determined to make it work, even if I had to do it by hand frame by frame, I got the Gif changed to what I wanted. Which was happy with me, since it was a 120+ frame gif. I don’t want to spoil what I did, but when you see it, it is perfect, and I am very proud of what I did.
Good. The other is that you have another chapter ready to go from the wonderful Meridian. It is all prepped, and ready to go. In fact, if you were part of my Facebook group, you would have received a warning that I am getting ready to publish a chapter. I always let them know when I go to work on a chapter to get it ready. Make sure all buttons and so on are added. Just saying…
For all the new members, Welcome!! Glad to have you here!! This site is new, and we are playing around it. Evasmomforever, we have not forgotten you! We are still working on the site, and trying to figure out stuff. Plus… I have to be careful. I can only play so far, before I may mess up stuff. So I am cautious. But there is a lot here like the old one to allow me to play all I want and not disturb things for 4Padfoot. I don’t want to be the to break the site. That would be bad. Very, very bad.
So I am off to write up the last chapter of Wisdom part of the new story based around Points of Authority. Bertie Bott is ready to be overworked. She is not only the beta for Wisdom, Justice and Love, but she is also the beta for Cross the Line fic for the Anthem of the Angels site, and for the Harry Potter fic. She is also a writer as you all know as well as other normal jobs. The woman is a super woman!
I am also getting to move over to the last competed story I had ready, The Mummy and Twilight crossover. I will admit, I was not sure about this one. And neither were my betas to be frank. Then I started to post them as drafts here, since this site is also the backup of all stories. One of the benefits of being a beta (Or really any of the personnel behind the scenes) is being able to read anything. They read the chapters, and asked for more. This is also an installment series. I plan, just like for Wisdom, Justice and Love, that there are three parts. Since they are short, I am not looking to make three separate novels on them. So the first is ready to go.. and many thanks to MistressJessica1028 for not only volunteering for betaing, but also naming a lead character in it. or rather the Actor for it. By doing this, she also influenced the second part of the story. Yep, I listen to the betas. A lot. And blame Meridian for all stories. She likes to prod my muses too much.
Yes, I am getting back to normal, and I will go back to the Weekly posts for the Non Canon Awards. For those that have interviews involved, I am working on getting everything back to normal.
I am also be setting up a site to use for reblogs. I plan to name it Kittyinaz’s reblogs. Unique huh? It took me awhile to think of it. If you want to see what I read, or enjoyed the reblogs I did for my friends and fellow writers, I will be also seeing if I can do stuff on another site. I like helping my friends and those who just write awesome stories. And you guys seem to like them too. I will let you guys know when the sites are up and running.

Also, it is the holiday season starting. Please don’t forget the link for Amazon. I thank those who have helped me out already, and while these are annoying to you guys, when I stopped doing them, the link was barely used. Since this is our own site, and we have to add a lot of stuff to it to make it even more awesome, I cannot be lazy about reminding people about it. It is one of the things that we are excited about for doing the ads, since they will hopefully make it where I don’t have to remind you all the time.
Ok. I think that is all. I am going to go back to playing, and actually think of eating now that I am cleared to be able to eat and drink what I wanted along with my tea. I really need to update the Tea Blog, I have new teas and new blends that I am in love with.

So… there are 2 updates today! After this we will be going back to our scheduled postings. But Sunday was a wash since that is the day we started the move, and today saw the transfer of the subscribers. Good news, This story is completely edited and sent on to the beta. Bad news, she has a life people! I know shocking, betas and writers having real lives? What the hell!?!?!?!? Seriously, we work for free. Also, even if we didn’t I would impress on my employees real life comes first. (Yes, I would be an awesome boss, unless you take advantage of me. Then I will come down like the fires of Hell. But I am generally a nice person…
I will say that I just read through this story and added words to replace the ones I missed. Considering that is all that keeps happening when I worked on this one, it ended up perfect. Hopefully you will enjoy this story as much as I did writing it a year ago, and then reading it the many times since then…
Second Update:
YES!!! Another I Never…Did chapter, brought by the wonderful, awesome Meridean! She also worked with mixed up sites and so forth. Truly, all my betas are awesome, and these two showed up and worked through the trials of wondering what site was what. And then, when we banned them all from the old site to make it easier to tell, they both came and checked that their changes were to the right chapters.
I was fully prepared to tell you guys, that this will be delayed due to this, and instead these two lovely ladies worked through it.
I also wish to give Huge kudos to 4Padfoot, for managing to make the move in two days, and we were actually waiting on others for the last parts. Also to Gyllene, who worked with 4Padfoot and the rest of the betas when a hiccup was found late on Sunday. We actually had to reload the picstures on the site, and replace the old ones. I will admit, there are size differences, and we will try to fix, but to be frank, unless someone tells us, there is no way to know… I had one of the biggest sites that robin transferred so far. And if you work with computers, something always go wrong. It is the nature of the beast.
So yes, I expect there to be hiccups as we discover what we can and cannot do. The layout may change if we find this theme has a hiccup that we can’t work with. Or won’t allow a app to work on it. We scrapped the old one, because when some of the ladies in the group told us the header was too big. At the time, we hadn’t looked on phones or anything really besides computers trying to fix issues. So when they told us this, we listened and fixed.
Communication is the important thing. We can’t know issues, unless you tell us. Some things look weird to us (Like for me all the full size pictures are WEIRD. But when I test them on the pages, they are fine. Go figure that one out.)
All in all, I am freaking excited!!!
So what have I been working on? Well, we moved the Anthem of Angels off the original site, and to it’s own. With it being self hosted, we didn’t want to open up the site the way we were finding we were needing to for the universe. People are excited about it, and frankly so am I! But it was becoming evident, that the interest generated was more than the few who had access to the back end side, to work on it. Click on the banner above. Please remember, I am trying to link all the pages myself. They were linked before, but the move took out those links. I have the stories linked, and most of the Bestiary. A lot of the Bios are still needed to be made, so it is a slow process, but we are working on it.

We have things happening in our lives, like for me, I am ending up spending a lot of my weekends with family and especially my grandmother. Health issues are arising, and I really want to spend time with her. Right now, they are not serious, but I have found out, that things can change for the worse in days. 2 years of this experience has taught me well. I am tired of losing loved ones. So I am spending time getting Grandma Kitty (As my betas call her and really any of he family) out of the house, which leaves less time for me. I am also spending time with the family. however, since I am finishing stories, this is not really hurting anything.
I am still banned from Facebook groups. I REALLY miss being in the groups. You have no IDEA how many things I am involved in until I cannot comment at all. Rissa is a saint, as well as Naima for doing my normal job of spreading the stories in the fandoms needed. So many thanks to everyone for their patience in this hiccup in Facebook.
I am getting the Wisdom, Justice and Love ready for Bertie Bott. I am finding I am not happy where I left it on the end of the Wisdom side, so I may write a chapter or two to transition it easier to the Justice side. This story surrounds Points of Authority.
After that it will be the Mummy crossover, and then the one shot, and from there, it will be publishing what I have written on the others. Group has spoken out, that as much as they hate waiting on the updates, they want the full chapters to what I have teased out. Mentioning I am cruel and so on worked as well as much begging and bribes. (Tim Tams are awesome!! I even have determined my favorites!)
So much going on, and so much to do. Edge WILL be worked on soon. AS soon as I am done sending out all these chapters to the Betas, I will be working on my novel for publication. Then I will work on the other stories. I made a promise, and I have family members asking and taking an interest in it. It makes more motivation!
