Yep I started another blog, to help me keep track of my tea experiments… Follow if you wish, or not, but I hope to interest someone!

    Do you have a really good recipie for Chai? All of the commercial stuff is either too weak or seriously funky. I can get single teas easily, but I figure the spices more personal.

      I have been doing the Maharaja Chai Oolong Tea, with the Samurai Chai Mate Tea and Spiced Apple Cider Rooibos. All three to me leave a VERY spicy taste, to the point the cinnamon, even cold, has left a slight spice burn. Lately I have been adding the Tulsi Dosha Chai Rooibus Tea to it, though it adds NO spice at all, it adds a creamy vanilla flavor to it.

      I have been doing teas through Teavana, until I am more comfortable with the blending and how it all works to do more in depth. Since I have made my own spice rubs, there is a huge chance I will make my own blends later when I am more comfortable with the flavors, what they can do when mixed and what I like.

      Please follow the blog, I plan on updating it with the tea blends I play with! Tomorrow, I will be sharing the current blend, that reminds me of toasted marshmallows. My mom can’t put her finger on the flavor of it, but she likes it, when she normally wouldn’t have stomached the marshmallow flavor.
